Happy New Year! Our Message of Thanks.

2013 has been so full of blessings, from meeting new friends at the Boutique to launching our second location Apple Box Design Studio to serve our more westerly customers, that we feel a bit wistful leaving such a wonderful year behind.  But we know that there are more adventures to come and we are excited to share them all with you in the coming year.

It is thanks to your support, patronage, loyalty and enthusiasm that we have been able to thrive as a business and we are looking forward to sharing more workshops, new products, exciting projects and fun events with you.

Thank You for Helping Us to Help 150 Others

On November 24th, we started a Christmas Campaign at Apple Box Boutique. The idea was for every purchase of $50 or more we would donate a warm, nutritious meal for someone in need this Christmas.

Today we would like to thank you for an overwhelming response... we've always known our customers are special people, but your support has been incredible.

Because of you and our fantastic staff, 150 people will be helped by this campaign.

It is difficult to express fully how much it means to all of us that you helped us to help others... it doesn't seem enough, but with all our hearts, we thank you.

Reimagined Monday with a Twist (and a Sweet Birdy)

Usually our Reimagined Monday post features makeover projects by our customers and colleagues using  Chalk Paint™ by Annie Sloan or Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint.  Today we are revealing a reimagining of our very own and while they are all special, we are particluarly excited about this one.

One day soon this will make it's way into a paint project, but in the meantime we are very pleased to share with you... our new company logo:

We've been working closely with the fabulous Nikki of Fetching Finn to capture just the right look and 'feeling'.  Nikki is not just an exceptional designer with a positive, upbeat personality -- she was also fully capable of being the ringmaster to our circus of suggestions and ideas.  In Nikki's creative hands, what could have ended up a very busy mix of fonts and images became exactly what we dreamed of... our favourite colours and nonliteral imagery all wrapped up in casual elegance.

It is a celebration of what our little boutique has become, thanks to you - our incredible customers - and everyone who has helped us to make 2012 a year to remember.

We are so very appreciative, and we couldn't be happier!
